New City Scales calibrate, repair, refurbish, service and weight test both electronic and mechanical weighbridges.
   
  New City Scales always appreciate that weighbridge down time needs to be kept to an absolute minimum, so our fully trained engineers will arrive on site carrying a large range of spare parts. The engineers aim will be to get the weighbridge up and running as quickly as possible. Further time and cost savings are available as New City Scales are approved to carry out self verification. This enables the majority of weighbridges to be repaired and re Weights & Measures verified, within a single day  
   
   
   

Regular maintenance & servicing contracts
  Due to the electro mechanical weighbridge design, regular service contract visits are recommended to prevent minor problems turning into major problems. Options available include regular maintenance only contracts and fully inclusive parts and labour contracts. Agreed visits typically include an annual weight test utilising our 44 tonne test unit and a single service visit. However, contracts are completely flexible to cover the specific requirements of individual sites
