In the majority of cases New City Scales fully trained service engineers can be called upon to quickly restore most makes of faulty weighing equipment to full working order. However, in situations where a site repair is not possible, free loan equipment will normally be provided whilst a quotation is raised and a repair is completed. |
Regular service and calibration contracts are proven to be the best way to ensure that the accuracy of weighing equipment is being maintained. All service, repair and calibration work will be carried out using traceable weights to National Standards. Calibration certificates will be supplied to satisfy quality assurance needs. |
