The system can control both manual and automatic ingredient additions.   With product recall, price computing, use by date calculation, totalising and customised label printing, the system provides all outer case labelling requirements.

  Weigh counting inventory control   Statistical process control   Check Weighing
  Programmable weigh counting scales with inventory control, label printing, bar code scanning and computer connection. Parts lists can be downloaded to the scale for recall by the operator and uploaded back to the host PC at any time.   Provides statistical process control from item sampling with graphical trends of the sample mean weights.   Simple bar graph display shows the live weight against the pre set target weight. Products are looked up and recalled from the internal data base.
